The Tec 808-12 Professional Cordless 12mm Glue Gun from ITS is a portable and lightweight glue gun with a huge range of applications.
The glue gun includes an adaptor which makes it compatible with Makita's complete range of 18V batteries so that you won’t need to invest in a new system.
Simply take the battery from your 18V power tool, connect it via the adaptor and you’re all set. Alternatively, you can use any Ryobi 18V Battery
Suitable for crafting, woodworking, product assembly, flooring and more, this easy and comfortable to use high-output professional glue gun warms up and is ready to use in just 3 mins.
Featuring an adjustable Full-hand trigger for maximum comfort, a low-profile nozzle for intricate gluing applications and an ergonomic rubber handle
It includes a dual temperature setting so that you can work at either 195°C or 170°C (Eco Mode) and is compatible with 12mm glue sticks. The high melt rate of 2kg per hour at optimal temperature for the adhesive used ensures efficient adhesive flow
The Eco Mode will almost double the battery life giving a maximum of 5hours output. Not only does this dual temperature feature gives users the opportunity to extend battery usage, it also allows the gun to be tailored to the different types of hot melt sticks being used.
Running at the higher temperature will maximize bond strength, increase working time with the substrates, and reduce the viscosity of the adhesive. Running at the lower temperature speeds up setting time, and increases viscosity for better gap-filling properties.
