The SIP BD 3HP Belt Drive Electric Compressor from ITS is a powerful and versatile air compressor, ideal for general work area applications in automotive, agricultural and engineering settings.
Built for everyday use, this high performance compressor features a larger pump which fills the receiver more quickly. This delivers 14CFM piston displacement resulting in 10CFM Free Air Delivery (FAD) for a consistent air supply ideal for pneumatic air tools and air equipment.
The powerful belt drive transmission delivers consistent output for demanding jobs. As such, the heavy-duty motor enables the compressor to fully meet it's performance capability (3hp / 2.2kW) while a bespoke belt guard improves airflow to the pump head for greater cooling, which increases machine durability.
The larger, slow-running pump will fill the receiver quickly to ensure an improved air delivery. This results in both consistency and dependency. An aftercooler reduces moisture for added protection against corrosion and greater air quality.
Along with the tank pressure gauges and working pressure gauge, for optimal air delivery, the compressor includes 2x adjustable connectors (0 - 10bar) with air filter regulator optimise air requirements as well as 1x air receiver ball valve allows maximum airflow direct from the receiver.
A 3 metre mains cable offers increased flexibility while reducing the potential need for using extension leads which may hamper the compressor’s output.
A wheel-mounted design with U-handle allows full movement in a variety of work area settings for added flexibility.
