The Milwaukee SLC50 CERA TURBO Flap Disc XL from ITS is a ceramic hybrid disc that provides aggressive grinding in steel and stainless steel.

Perfect for those who working with welding seams on a nearly daily basis, the disc delivers up to 50” faster material removal and up to twice the life time of ‘standard’ zirconium discs.

The disc produces a low level of heat development.  The benefit of this that is doesn’t change the colour of the metal its working against.  Especially when working with stainless steel, the use of this disc reduces the risk of the ‘bluing’ effect.

With a natural fibre backing pad, the flap disc includes 10 mm protruding flaps for grinding down fillet welds and welding seams.  It is incredibly flexible and will perfect adjusts to work piece.  It is best for ferrous metals, stainless steel V2A (1.4301) / V4A (1.4401) and non-ferrous metals (aluminium, titan, etc.)
