The Irwin MS500 Chisel Set from ITS is a selection of bevel-edged hand tools with a large metal striking cap.
Ideal for finer woodworking or crafting, the chisels metal cap allows the use of a hammer as well as prolonging the life of the handle whilst preventing ‘mushrooming’.
The blade is made from a one-piece, forged, hardened steel that delivers superior performance as well as edge retention. The cutting edge is particularly sharp and allows for easier operation. The hardening process supports the long-lasting sharpness.
Each chisel has a ProTouch handle that prevents slipping as well as improved comfort when in hold. It reduces vibration and therefore reduces fatigue felt when using over a prolonged period.
