Crafted with a full grain leather upper that offers natural strength and durability, the boot incorporates an internal waterproof membrane to ensure your feet stay dry even in heavy moisture or puddles. That means you don’t have to compromise on safety when the weather turns.

Underneath the leather, you’ll find a fibreglass composite toe cap built to resist high-impact forces without the weight penalty of steel, and a non-metallic anti-penetration midsole to guard against sharp hazards without interfering with metal detectors or adding bulk.

Comfort isn’t an afterthought. The Lightning boot features a deep padded collar combining PU foam and breathable mesh to cradle the ankle and reduce rubbing over extended wear. Inside, a removable cushioned PU footbed offers arch support and easy cleaning or replacement. The midsole is constructed from phylon (lightweight EVA foam), which enhances shock absorption and reduces fatigue underfoot.

Traction and durability come from the outsole, engineered to handle oily, slippery or uneven surfaces. The sole is designed to resist heat (up to 300 °C), oils, slips, and abrasion—essential for industrial, workshop or agricultural settings. It also conforms to the ladder-grip (LG) standard for grip performance.

In terms of safety certification, the Lightning boot meets the rigorous EN ISO 20345 standard (rated S7S, FO, HRO, LG, SR) for toe impact, resistance to oil, heat, slip performance and more.
