The Hozelock 2212 Sensor Controller from ITS ensures that you garden stays perfectly hydrated with a water timer that automatically waters at the best times of day—sunrise, sunset, or both—using advanced daylight sensor technology.

Watering at sunrise or sunset is ideal for reducing water evaporation and preventing leaf scorch, but it’s not always convenient to do it yourself at these times.

The Hozelock Sensor Controller makes watering easy. Its smart daylight sensor automatically schedules watering at sunrise and sunset, adjusting with the seasons—no manual programming needed.

This ensures your garden gets the best care, effortlessly and consistently. You can choose watering durations of 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, or 60 minutes.

Adjustments are simple and intuitive, allowing you to easily respond to changing weather conditions without needing to consult the instruction manual.

The Sensor Controller is highly versatile, compatible with garden sprinklers (up to 10 Bar), low-pressure micro irrigation systems (1.5 Bar), and water butts (0.1 Bar).

With the ‘Water No’ button, you can dispense water outside the automatic schedule by pressing a button to select durations of 10, 30, or 60 minutes. Press the button again to cancel or shorten the watering duration.

The Sensor Controller is easy to install with your watering system.  It screws directly onto a standard garden tap and includes adaptors for 21mm (1/2” BSP), 26.5mm (3/4” BSP), or 33.3mm (1” BSP) sizes. Simply insert 2 AA batteries (not included).  Battery-operated design means no electrical wiring is needed.
