At the core of its functionality is Bluetooth connectivity, which enables wireless communication between the dust extractor, remote control and compatible Festool battery packs. This allows the extractor to start automatically when a cordless tool is switched on, creating a fully synchronised, dust-free system that enhances both productivity and cleanliness on the job.

A key benefit is the ability to start and stop the extractor directly from the suction hose using the remote control. This eliminates the need to walk back to the machine, saving time and making it particularly useful for mobile work, installations or tasks carried out across larger areas.
