The Evolution R230DCT 230mm Electric Disc Cutter Concrete Saw from ITS is a powerful mains powered cut off saw designed for masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete cutting where depth, control and reliability are critical.

Built as a true alternative to petrol disc cutters, this electric concrete saw delivers up to 50percent more cutting depth than standard 230mm grinders, making it ideal for professional groundworks, landscaping and construction applications.

Powered by a robust 2000W motor, the R230DCT delivers consistent cutting performance through concrete, reinforced concrete, natural stone, brick and roof tiles, while eliminating fumes, fuel costs and ongoing engine maintenance.

With a maximum cutting depth of 90mm, this disc cutter is well suited to deep trenching, slab cutting and long straight cuts at ground level.

The wrap around front handle and optimised weight distribution provide excellent balance and control, allowing comfortable horizontal and vertical cutting with reduced user fatigue during prolonged use.

An integrated wheeled skid plate supports long low level cuts, improves accuracy and allows the saw to be safely set down while the blade is still spinning, helping to improve workflow and on site safety.

Safety is further enhanced by an electric blade brake which rapidly stops the blade after trigger release, alongside a large fixed blade guard designed to protect the user while optimising dust suppression.

Dust management is handled via a built in dust port with rubber cap, allowing easy connection to compatible vacuum systems for cleaner cutting in indoor or enclosed environments.

Despite its heavy duty performance, the saw remains lightweight at just 7.1kg, with no petrol engine or battery pack adding unnecessary weight, making it easier to handle and transport around site.
