Unlike traditional aerosols that clog once opened, this polyurethane-based foam comes with a re-usable, rubber-free safety valve that prevents leaks or clogging, allowing you to store part-used cans for future use.

This foam expands dramatically upon application - typically 100–150 % of its original volume - so a 750 ml can yield substantial fill.

In just 11 to 13 minutes, the surface becomes tack-free, and within 18 to 21 minutes (for a 20 mm bead) it becomes firm enough to cut, saw or plaster over.

The cured bead exhibits good mechanical strength (compression ~2 N/cm², tensile ~10 N/cm²) and remains stable across a wide temperature range (-40 °C to +80 °C long term, up to +100 °C short term).

In typical use, you’ll find this foam ideal for filling irregular gaps in brickwork, concrete, or plaster, sealing pipe entries through walls, insulating behind cladding or soffits, and stabilising door/window frames before final fixings.
