The Everbuild Mirror Mate Adhesive from ITS is a one-component, solvent-free adhesive based on MS polymer technology, specially engineered to bond mirrors securely to a wide range of common surfaces without harming the mirror backing.
Its neutral cure formulation ensures that the silvering or reflective coating on the back of the mirror isn’t attacked or damaged.
Ideal for both residential and commercial mirror mounting, it offers excellent adhesion even to damp substrates and requires no primer for metals, plastics, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, polyester, Perspex, wood, enamel, painted surfaces and more.
Once applied, the adhesive becomes tack-free in about 10 minutes, and cures fully over 24 to 48 hours, creating a durable, chemical-resistant bond. After curing, it also allows overpainting with most water-based or gloss paints, enabling seamless finishing around the mirror edges.
From a practical perspective, a 290 ml cartridge yields roughly 10 linear metres of bead (with a 6 mm diameter), giving good coverage for typical mirror sizes.
