Definitely an improvement on the Gen. 1 design, in that the trigger is more positive and better positioned for different grips. The tool is comfortable in the hand and very powerful for the size. The lighting is handy and can be used as a torch at a pinch. The bit holder now retains the bit positively. The tool has a tendency to slam into the torque limiter, and is also too abrupt starting up, which can worsen camming out. A short ramp up to full speed would be better. The pressure-activation is a useful feature, as before.

Awkward to use making it a bit...

Almost impossible to use it to do up screws. As soon as you put pressure to engage the bit into the screw it starts to turn the screw head, often before properly engaged and slips. No apparent way to turn that off, so the switch is pointless as you can never engage a screw without it automatically turning.
Overall makes it awkward to use and a bit of a pointless tool.

I have a DeWalt cordless screwdriver which does the job on any big screw you throw at it but I needed something for smaller screws. With the adjustable torque I have no fear of it stepping threads when I'm building computers or fitting a rifle scope, it seems like the perfect tool for small screws so far. Really happy with the purchase.
