Built around a newly improved reinforced design, this professional wheelbarrow combines a generous 100 litre flexible tray with a heavy duty single piece steel frame, providing dependable performance when transporting rubble, soil, aggregates, tools and building materials around site.
The 100 litre tray is manufactured from a blend of HDPE and POE plastic, providing increased flexibility and effective shock absorption.
Its noise dampening construction offers greater resilience against the knocks and accidental material drops associated with busy working environments, helping provide longer lasting performance without making the wheelbarrow unnecessarily cumbersome.
With a maximum load capacity of 150kg, there is plenty of capability for demanding everyday jobs.
Supporting the tray is an exceptionally robust single piece frame manufactured from 32mm diameter steel tubing with a substantial 1.5mm wall thickness. A welded 4mm thick, 25mm plate cross brace strengthens the structure, while additional 4.5mm protection plates reinforce key impact and stress points.
The 25mm diameter welded tray support bars provide further stability when carrying heavier loads. For dependable outdoor durability, the complete frame features a galvanised, rust resistant coating designed to withstand tough worksite conditions.
Comfort and control have also been carefully considered. Ergonomic slip resistant rubber handles provide a secure grip when manoeuvring, lifting and tipping loads.

*Although the extra deep tread performs in unstable conditions, its performance can be compromised and less comfortable when used on solid surfaces.
N.B - If loading with heavy items such as bricks, please place the materials into the tray. Dropping heavy items into the tray can cause the plastic to split.
