The Zinsser Peel Stop Clear Binding Primer Paint (1 Litre) from ITS is a clear and flexible sealer.
Ideal for surfaces that are peeling, flaking, dusting or chalking both inside and outside.
It forms a breathable membrane over faulted substrates that is recoat able in just two hours.
It can tightly bond old paint and problem areas so that applying new paint isn't a problem.
The formed membrane allows moisture to escape and stops peeling.
Peel Stop prevents peeling, blistering, checking, cracking and flaking on wood siding and trim, yellow pine, rough sawn cedar, textured plywood, chalking or powdering, concrete and concrete block, stucco and galvanized gutters.
Coverage: 7.4 to 9.8m² per Litre
Touch Dry: 1 hour
Full Cure: 7 - 10 days
