The Zinsser Cover Stain Primer-Sealer Paint (500ml) from ITS is an all purpose, primer-sealer that kills stains.
Suitable for interior and exterior work, this can be recoated after just two hours. It can even be used under any solvent-based or water-based topcoat.
For interior work, this dries fast and has the power to provide exceptional stain killing and enamel undercoating work. This means that when you apply the topcoat, nothing remains from underneath - including stubborn nicotine and water stains.
Outside, this can easily bring in-depth penetration to all surfaces especially unstable wood panelling and trim.
Easily sticking to all surfaces without sanding beforehand, this can even block cedar and redwood bleed.
