Very effective unit but quite heavy and the power lead is very short tbh. Also the drain outlet is very low down and there is no drain hose included with it ??

£50 cheaper than the ones on Amazon I found it best to put it on in the room a half hour before I go to bed, and then it's like an icebox, if anything, I was too cold lol A must have for me now

Had it for almost a week. Does exactly as it should. Brings my bedroom from 26+ degrees down to a comfortable 21-22 in under an hour. It’s not quiet but I didn’t expect it to be. Best to pre cool the room if you want it for at night. Delivery fast and good price

So far, so good! Worked really well in a smaller room and brought the temperature of over 30 down to 22, as set by me.

Overall very happy, cheaper and quicker delivery on ITS website than on Amazon… been a godsend during this heatwave. Points to note, very heavy (I wanted it lifted onto a table and had to get my son over to do this as too heavy for me), exhaust hose very fiddly to fit and would fall out but taping it has sorted this, and lastly, the water outlet is right at the bottom of the unit - in the User Manual under ‘emptying the water tank’ it states “connect the drain hose (not included) but under ‘Storage maintenance’ it states “… connect the drain hose (included)…”. I think the hose must be an extra as it’s not listed in the contents of the box. Have only had the unit a few days and have used a shallow baking tray when draining which has been fine. Overall this has been a great buy. 5 stars for air conditioning effect which it was it was bought for and I would definitely recommend. Great value for money imo.

I got caught with an "air cooler" for nearly £100 from the big lot, which was useless, this machine allowed me to sleep at night, this is a proper air conditioner

Great unit for the price, the hose is too short but this seems to be the case for all of them, it had my living room cool in 1 1/2 hours but did struggle in the 41-degree days but I did not expect it to deal with that Really good buy

I was looking around online and after seeing reviews for more expensive units online being hit and miss. I thought I would take a punt on this one, being that I have used Vaunt products in the past and they have never let me down. I can honestly say I am very impressed with this, it's made an attic room which was like a sauna into a room that is now liveable! Seriously thinking about getting another.

Nice compact unit with good features and got my south facing room cool very quickly. The timer and remote are great features, only thing stops this from being 10 out of 10 is it's a bit noisy, but then most are. Would still recommend it just might not be any good for using at night when trying to sleep.

nice compact design, water drain hose not in the box no so will be calling its tomorrow, will need to get different window kit also not sure if mine has a problem starts to rattle after a while so will be showing the staff tomorrow if that should not resolve with use
