AVOID SIP PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS.
We purchased 3 SIP heaters (this one form ITS) after the first hour of use it stopped working, after a quick check you can see that the electrical wires in the unit were melting. Phoned ITS who sent us through to SIP. They organised a collection for repair (after 1 hours use!!) After 3 weeks, sent me an invoice for £75 because it wasn't a fault with the product and sent a report with images. The main igniter was bent inside, I have checked our other 2 BRAND NEW NEVER USED units, and both of these are the same, so it obviously left the factory like this. Now they want to charge £25 a week storage and a disposal fee to get rid of it!! I have never had such a poor experience with a brand new product. I have organised trading standard to check the remaining 2 units I have and hopefully have them pulled from ITS. (I notice they are on clearance, so probably already getting shot of them) Avoid at all costs!
