Speedfit PEM572222WP 22mm Stem Elbow 135° push-fit plastic fitting for the connection of plastic and copper pipe.

Designed, manufactured and assembled in the UK by John Guest Speedfit, lead free and non-toxic.

Ideal for use in tight spaces where there is insufficient room to form a bend or employed as part of a crossover tee (often with a copper system the crossover 45 bend would be a spigot).

The fitting can be also be utilised in stair bulkheads where the pipework needs to follow a 45° slope.

Generally the larger the pipe diameter the harder it is to get a bend tight enough to accommodate changes of direction in a confined space.

Simply push the Grip & Seal fitting fully onto the pipe and twist the plastic nut clockwise to lock in place. To demount the connection push the collet towards the body of the fitting and pull the pipe to release.

The fitting ensures an easier working environment in confined places and removes the need for hot works on site.

Installation can be reduced by around 40% against traditional fixing methods.

Suitable for hot and cold water and central heating systems. No scale build up and Corrosion Free. BSI and WRAS approved.
