The JSP CBH010-000-000 Jetstream EVO5 MK7 Helmet Alternate Headpiece from ITS is a complete helmet head top designed for use with JSP Jetstream belt mounted powered air purifying respirator systems.
This alternate headpiece provides integrated head, eye and face protection while allowing filtered air to be supplied from a compatible Jetstream blower unit via the rear mounted breathing hose connection.
Built around a durable HDPE safety helmet shell, the EVO5 helmet delivers impact resistance up to 50 joules and conforms to EN397, making it suitable for demanding construction and industrial environments.
The helmet performs reliably across a wide temperature range from -20°C to +50°C and offers resistance to molten metal splash when specified, supporting use in harsh site conditions.
A sealed polycarbonate panoramic visor provides Optical Class 1 clarity for regular use and medium energy impact protection to EN166, resisting a 6mm 0.86g steel ball at 120m per second while protecting against liquid droplets.
The integrated visor design ensures a secure seal around the face, helping to maintain effective airflow delivery and consistent protection when connected to a Jetstream PAPR system.
The textile harness with slip ratchet wheel adjustment allows precise fitting for improved stability and comfort during long periods of wear, while the non ventilated helmet design supports controlled airflow from the respirator system.
