The HM1812 is a heavy duty 30kg electronic breaker which offers incredible power to weight ratio. Its fully equipt with Makita's impressive AVT "Anti-Vibration Technology" which allows the tools housing to contain the vast majority of the vibration making it easy to hold and control.
It can be attached to a dust extractor for health and safety reasons and it also features LEDs to indicate with carbon brushes need replacing.
Makita's HM1812 has a 1 1/4" hex shank which fits the majority of breakers.
Beacuse of the on board AVT vibration levels dip down to just 6.5m/s2 which again for a machine with this output is very impressive.
In terms of impact energy this tool will give you about 72.8 joules, which means its packs one hell of a punch, and thats helped out by the maximum 870 blows/impacts per minute it can offer too.
The input wattage differs depending on the voltage, so if you're using 110v then your wattage will be around 1,700W. If you're using 240v then that goes up to about 2,000W.
