The EVERBUILD General Purpose Silicone from ITS is a versatile, mid-modulus silicone sealant engineered to cure quickly and deliver a strong, permanently flexible, waterproof seal.
Infused with a fungicide, it resists mould, mildew and bacterial growth - especially useful in humid or wet rooms.
The silicone cures via an acetoxy reaction, forming a durable bond that retains elasticity while resisting weathering, vibration, and temperature changes.
This product is EN15651 certified (for façade, cold climate and sanitary applications) and compliant with the Construction Products Regulation, so it meets rigorous performance and quality standards.
In use, EVERBUILD General Purpose Silicone is suited for sealing around baths, showers, basins, sanitary ware, worktops, laminates, PVCu trims, cladding, gutters, and for general weatherproof joints.
It has a movement accommodation of ± 12.5 % (EN15651-1), and a joint stress rating of 0.2 MPa at 60 % strain (ISO 8339).
Its skin time is about 15 minutes at 20 °C, and it cures at approximately 2 mm per 24 hours (under typical ambient conditions). It is service stable across a temperature range of –30 °C to +150 °C.
For best results, surfaces should be clean, dry and free of dust or oils. Porous surfaces may benefit from priming, and for uncured excess, white spirit can be used; once cured, removal requires silicone “eater” or mechanical means.
