Dewalt Plunge Saw Guide Rail 2.6m

The 2.6m guide makes it so easy to cut 2.44m sheets. Worth every penny.

I already use the 1.5 & 1.0m guide rails but have a home project that requires twice that length in one cut. Using the 2.6m rail on 2.2 & 2.3m runs is very accurate, there is no deviation. With the two smaller rails joined together the cut can drift by 1mm or so even when connected together properly. The only small downside on the design of the rails are the single central connecting bar - would have been better to have had two bars - minimises the potential to pivot As the the title says ... it is expensive but it is very much worth it.

If you got the saw you need this track. 100 % quicker and 100% more accurate. No checking the not so good joint. ?

Used it making 65 storage bins out of sheet mdf, ribber strip still working. Deffo speeds the process up

I was worried this item would turn up bent or twisted. Was pleased to see it turn up encased in mdf then wrapped in bubble wrap and clingfilm wrapped also. Opened the packaging and received it all straight and true. Love the length on this track
