The Makita DHP482RTJ is an 18v Cordless Combi Drill (Hammer Drill Driver) that is part of the Makita LXT range and comes supplied as with 2 x 5.0Ah Li-ion Battteries, Case and Charger

This compact and lightweight drill replaces the very popular DHP456. It sits right in the middle of Makita's 18v cordless combi drill range as it delivers more torque than some other models. but isn't quite top of the range, its very much a 'general purpose' machine capable of doing the vast majority of jobs around site.

The DHP482 is compatible with ALL of Makita 18v LXT Li-ion batteries from 1.5Ah to 5.0Ah and beyond.

If boasts 21 different torque settings and a 2 speed gearbox giving you and excellent amount of customisation in terms of torque control. Theres also a handy twin LED joblight, soft grip handle with intelligent trigger and a belt clip that can be attached on either side.

This model the DHP482 has all metal gears and the in-built 'star' protection, that defends this drill from overheating, over discharge and overload, making sure your drill and your batteries last longer.
