The Dewalt DCS565 18V XR Brushless 165mm Circular Saw is an extremely durable tool with an aluminium base for repetitive and precise cuts.
The saw has a variable adjustment of the bevel angle up to 50° while delivering an ultra thin kerf as well as a 55mm max. cut depth.
The saw is beautifully balanced for safe operation and a lock switch along with an electronic brake are also featured to ensure precise control and safe working environment. This is further supported by the additional handle for two handed operation.
For you convenience, the saw is supplied with a rafter hook, direct connection to the Dewalt AirLock System, and a LED worklight so that you can see the cut line clearly and easily.
Thanks to the brushless motor, this compact and easily transportable saw produces a no load speed of 4950rp,
At the heart of this tool is the brushless motor that allows you to use the saw efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.

Powerful, intuitive, and lightweight..
I'm not sure whether it's because I'm coming from older dewalt models or I'm getting stronger but these newer dewalt products are so much lighter. The circular saw is pretty easy to use, and all the guides, rules and measures are all.similar to the older models so it was easy to migrate to. I leant it to my father in law to put some loft board up and he said it was very easy to use although he should have used a dust extractor or vacuum though. Thats my next purchase. I'm a. Dewalt believer and this circular saw vindicates my belief.

These Brushless dewalt products are really quite something else. I'm not sure whether it's because I'm coming from an old batch of just getting stronger, but I'm finding these newer models are much lighter than the older ones. The lack of brushes also makes the continual brush changing a less of a hassle. The circular saw is easy to get to grips with and the parts, guides and measures are all quite similar to the older models so it's somewhat good to migrate to. I even gave it to my father in law to use for some loft boarding and he said it was easy. To use. But definitely use a dust extractor or vacuum with it. I'm a dewalt believer - strong powerful and easy to use. Cannot go wrong.
