Poor quality...
We bought 2 boxes of these 40mm nails for a flooring job as well as using 4 boxes of the 57mm ones. Out of the 57mm nails We probably had about 5 misfires where the head of the nail snapped off while firing but out of the 2000 40mm nails i reckon probably 300 or so nails caused a misfire where the head broke off in the machine resulting in it having to be freed off before continuing to use. I had thought it might be a fault with the nail gun but pretty much all the 57mm ones fired perfectly on the same job. I can only assume that there was a faulty batch of the 40mm nails and i hope that this gets rectified in the future
