The Dewalt DCF889P2 is part of the all powerful Dewalt XR cordless range, which offers eXtreme run time, increased efficiency and improved performance. By constantly monitoring tool and battery operation, the intelligent switch module maximises performance and prevents damage caused by overload or temperature build-up. This technology, combined with a tough outer casing and superb ergonomics means that XR Lithium-ion is truly "Tough on the outside & Intelligent on the inside".
The DCF889P2 high torque impact wrench features a powerful fan cooled motor delivers up to 418Nm of sustained torque and up to 2300ipm through a 1/2" square drive designed for a more efficient torque delivery and excellent socket retention. Maximum control and comfort is provided from the rubber XR grip and switch generating complete accuracy. The aluminium front housing ensures a better weight and balance ratio throughout the tool and bring LED job light with delay and flashlight feature improves visibility. Please note that the DCF889M2 uses the new Dewalt XR Lithium-ion Slide-on style batteries and is therefore not compatible with any older style fitting.
