The Dewalt DCD790 XR Brushless Drill Driver is part of the all powerful Dewalt XR 5.0Ah Lithium-ion cordless range, which offers eXtreme run time, increased efficiency and improved performance.
By constantly monitoring tool and battery operation, the intelligent switch module maximises performance and prevents damage caused by overload or temperature build-up. This technology, combined with a tough outer casing and superb ergonomics means that XR Lithium-ion is truly "Tough on the outside & Intelligent on the inside".
Latest Brushless Motor Technology for excellent efficient & longer runtime. The tough 2 speed all metal transmission makes the DCD790P2 hammer drill driver a tough choice with a ultra compact and lightweight design allowing use in confined spaces.
15 Position adjustable torque control is perfect for consistent screwdriving into a vareity of materials with different screw sizes. The sensitive intelligent trigger design allows total control over all applications and the 13mm keyless chuck with automatic spindle lock offers fast bit changes.
The DCD790 also features a bright LED light for improved visibility. Please note that the DCD790 uses the new Dewalt XR Lithium-ion Slide-on style batteries and is therefore not compatible with any older style fitting.
