MAKDMR109 DAB Job Site Radio:
The DMR109 DAB jobsite radio is able to receive Digital Audio Broadcasting and has been developed based on the popular model DMR104.  Digital tuner providing wider coverage and a greater choice of stations, Frequency Range DAB: Band III 5A – 13F, FM Coverage: 87.5 - 108 Mhz, the flexible antenna can be removed and stored inside the radio.  Maintaining all the easy to use functionality and features of the original and as robust as its predecessor, the new design features a silver front control panel & newly designed elastomer bumpers for protection in rough onsite conditions, plus its shower proof, withstanding up to 5 minutes exposure to rain (IP64 rated dust and shower-proof construction).  2 speaker stereo system 2x76mmØ (8Ω) providing a practical output, 7.2v: 0.5W x 2, 10.8v: 1.2W x 2, 14.4v: 2.2W x 2, 18v: 3.5W x 2. The soft grip carry handle swivels through 90°.  Newly compatible with 10.8v CXT slide batteries, the DMR109 can be powered by 240v mains.  Featuring an easy-to-read blue digital backlit display for simple FM/AM band selection, illuminating for 15 seconds after operation of any button/dial.  Equipped with Micro USB post for easy software upgrades. Auxiliary input allows connection of CD/MP3/iPOD players, AUX lead supplied separately.  Please note the DMR109 is a radio only and will not charge batteries. It is not compatible with G-series Batteries, Ni-CAD or Ni-MH Batteries.     PLEASE NOTE: The aerial supplied is stored within the cardboard packaging and easily missed - make sure you find it before disposing of the box.  

MAKBL1830B 18v Li-ion 3.0Ah Battery with Indicator:
The BL1830B 18v 3.0Ah Li-ion batteries use Makita's optimum charging system which produces 430% more runtime, and 2x more cycles over the lifetime of the 194204-5 ( BL1830) batteries.  A 5x lower self-discharge keeps the battery cells active and ready for use even after long periods of storage, charging at any time will have no effect on the battery. Built-in shock absorbing features protect the battery and sixteen firm holding contact terminals reduce the risk of power loss/fluctuation in high vibration work environments.  The Makita 194204-5 ( BL1830 ) battery's built-in memory chip communicates with the charger to maximize battery life using 3 Active Controls (Current, Voltage & Thermal). With no memory affect Li-ion batteries can be "topped up" at any time with no affect to battery life.  Lightweight and shock-absorbing. The Li-ion range delivers 430% more working capacity during it's lifetime compared to Ni-Cad and is 40% Lighter than Ni-MH. The Li-ion has minimal depletion of power during use or in storage over it's lifetime.

PROBTADP Bluetooth Adaptor: Features NFC functionality for quick connection to smart phones and an Instant plug and play ability with light indicator Standard 3.5mm AUX connection for simple use with all radios and devices  Includes micro USB lead for charging     Instructions: Connect the bluetooth adaptor to the radio or device using the AUX lead Search for the adaptor using your device bluetooth functionality. It will appear in the list as ITS BTADP (if a password is required enter 0000). Once connected the LED indicator on the adaptor will blink intermittently. To charge the adaptor, connect to a power source using the USB lead provided. The LED indicator will display red until it is fully charged.
