The Rubi DCX-250 Xpert 1250 Tile Cutter from ITS is a powerful cutter designed for intensive tile cutting especially porcelain stoneware tiles, along with occasional use with natural stone.

The aluminium chassis has been reinforced with an innovative triple beam system and steel fronts to improve the stability and rigidity of the entire chassis.

Also made from aluminium, the head is supported by reinforced guide that allows for a more precise cut.  The high performance plunge control allows for the cutting height to be adjusted to the needs of the job.  The cutter includes a cooling system that allows water to be adjusted to the thickness of the material and directly aimed at the cutting point.  This allows the increase in efficiency of the refrigeration and reduces the dispersion and loss of water.  The cooling system increases the performance of the diamond blade.

The internal motor produces 2750rpm with 1.5kW of power and incorporates the ZERO DUST system which insures, the reduction of dust particles generated during the cutting process.  This impressive machine offers a maximum cutting length of 125mm, diagonal cut of 90x90cm, and maximum cutting thickness of 60mm.  It also offers a max 50mm mitre cut. 

The Cutter includes reinforced handles along with ‘off-road’ type wheels to ensure easier transport.  The legs are easily folded away and locked in place.
