The Milwaukee 19 Piece THUNDERWEB HSS-G Metal Drill Bit Set from ITS is a selection of heavy duty and unique drill bits for metal drilling.
The THUNDERWEB drill bit design uniquely has a conical shaped web which gets thicker towards the back of the drill bit unlike standard drill bits which have a constant thickness through the length.
This, along with the flute geometry, allows for the ejection of hot chips and debris to be more effective as well as dissipating heat more efficiently.
The strength of each bit is impressive thanks to the parabolic web cross section design. The polished finish reduces friction and increases the life of each bit.
As a result of all of this, the bits are able to accept a higher feed pressure along with higher torque levels resulting in less breakage.
Each bit includes a of 135° split point which reduces slippage and increases precision drilling. All the drill bits are neatly store within a case that is directly connectable to the PACKOUT Range for extra versatility and an additional storage solution.
