Designed for occasional use in the home, the aluminium 313340 Easiway loft ladder has three sliding sections and a handrail for added safety when used.

Wide comfortable treads provide a greater stepping area, whilst the pivot arm provides smooth, gliding operation for ease of use & the unique shoot bolt fastening system provides increased stability & safety.

The quality ladder reaches a floor to floor height minimum 2.3m to maximum 3m range and is suitable for openings from 508mm x 432mm. Lightweight and compact the 313340 requires a vertical loft clearance of 0.750m & a horizontal loft clearance of 1.050m when folded.
