Mountfield battery
It was a great relief to find this item, as Mountfield have made it OBSOLETE, which is utterly disgusting. I also have a Stiga mower with four batteries, which do not fit the Mountfield Freedom range of garden tools, which I bought only seven years ago, The mower is fairly new, but I suspect I will have the same problem when its batteries fail. Mountfield and Stiga are the same company, so there's a warning if you plan to buy any of their products. Presumably they expect people to throw away the now useless tools and buy new from them! Needless to say, I shall not!
