Double cutting spurs scribe the outer edge of the hole first, significantly reducing breakout and leaving a cleaner finish on both softwood and hardwood materials.
An increased relief angle from 12° to 17° combined with a parabolic scoop improves control and efficiently channels wood chips away from the cutting edge, maintaining drilling speed and reducing heat build up.
A thicker cutting edge enhances durability and extends service life, while the 10% larger shank adds strength for repeated use in high torque applications.
