See what’s available to collect directly on product pages or in your basket. If it’s in stock, you can collect it from your chosen store - often ready in minutes.
2. Order Online
Check availability, add to basket, select your store, and complete your order - either online or via the app.
3. Come and Get It
As soon as you receive your Ready to Collect SMS or email, head to your chosen store. Speak to a team member - we'll have your order sorted.

🔎 How do I know if an item is available for Click & Collect?
You’ll see live stock availability on product pages and in your basket. If it’s in stock at your chosen store, Click & Collect will appear as an option.
📍 Can I choose which ITS store to collect from?
Yes - during checkout, you can select from any available branches such as Harlow, Walthamstow, or Chelmsford.
⚡ How quickly will my order be ready?
As quick as 10 minutes! But always wait for your Ready to Collect text or email before heading to the store.
📲 Will I get notified when my order is ready?
Yes – we’ll send you a text message and/or email once your order is prepped and ready to collect.
🕐 What’s the cut-off time for same-day Click & Collect?
Orders must be placed at least 1 hour before the store closes to guarantee same-day collection.
⚠️ Do I need ID to collect my order?
Yes, If you order age restricted items you must be over 18 and bring valid photo ID. Some items may be age-restricted, and we operate a Challenge 25 policy in-store.
📦 What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please bring your Ready to Collect text/email and your order number. If someone is collecting for you, they’ll need these too.
🕘 What are your store opening times?
Opening hours vary by location. Use our Store Finder to check up-to-date hours for your selected branch.
⏳ What happens if I can’t collect my order right away?
We’ll hold your order for a few days. If you're running late or delayed, just give the store a quick call and we’ll keep it aside.
🚫 Can I cancel or change my Click & Collect order?
Yes – just contact your chosen store or reach out to our customer service team. We’ll help cancel or make changes.
📱 Can I place Click & Collect orders using the ITS App?
Absolutely. The app offers the same live stock and fast checkout as the website – ideal when you’re working on site or on the move.
