1. Overview

During our Black Friday Sale, customers who place an order with ITS will receive a flyer containing a QR code linking to its.co.uk/win-your-order. By entering via this page, customers have the chance to win instant prizes and to be entered into our Golden Giveaway, where one lucky winner will get all their ITS orders from November 2025 refunded in full (subject to these terms).

2. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Employees of ITS, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.

• The promotion applies only to orders placed during the Black Friday Sale period (1st–30th November 2025).
  
  

3. How to Enter

1. Place an order on its.co.uk during the Black Friday Sale.

2. Upon receiving your order, you’ll find a flyer with a QR code directing you to its.co.uk/win-your-order.

3. Complete the entry form, providing your details and opting in to receive ITS marketing communications by email and/or SMS (SMS is optional).

4. Once submitted, you’ll be automatically entered for:

   • Instant Win Prizes (see section 4); and

   • The Golden Giveaway Draw (see section 5).

Each order placed during November counts as a separate entry.

4. Instant Win Prizes

• Entrants will receive a follow-up message (by email or SMS) on the Sunday following their entry with a link to its.co.uk/black-friday-win-check.

• By visiting this link, entrants can reveal whether they have won an instant prize — typically an item that can be added to their basket for free.

• Any applicable delivery charges still apply, unless the total order value exceeds £100, in which case our free delivery policy applies.

• Instant Win Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  
  

5. Golden Giveaway Draw

• All valid entries will be automatically entered into the Golden Giveaway.

• The prize: a full refund of all qualifying ITS orders placed between 1st–30th November 2025 by the winning entrant (including VAT and delivery, if paid).

• The draw will take place on Thursday 4th December 2025.

• The winner will be announced on ITS’s official Instagram and Facebook pages and contacted directly via email and/or SMS.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of confirming eligibility.

• ITS reserves the right to request proof of purchase and identity before awarding the prize.
  
  

6. General Terms

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of ITS, which are final.

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or not submitted in accordance with these terms may be disqualified.

• ITS accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.

• ITS reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

• ITS reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

• The winner’s first name and county may be shared publicly in accordance with UK Advertising Standards Authority rules.

7. Data Protection

Personal information provided as part of the entry will be processed in accordance with ITS’s Privacy Policy. Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe links in emails or SMS messages.

8. Governing Law

This promotion and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
