Can I return unwanted items?
Yes, if for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging
THe Wrong item has been delivered, what do I do?
We have a lot of systems in place to make sure that what you order is what you receive but mistakes sometimes do happen.
If you receive an incorrect item, just give our team a call on 0208 532 5000 and we will get DPD back out to you the next day* to exchange it for the correct item. We will, of course, cover the carriage. *UK Mainland only
Part of My Order HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
We use DPD to deliver our goods and they take every precaution possible to make sure your item reaches you in the same condition it leaves our warehouse but sometimes mistakes do happen.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, just give our team a call on 0208 532 5000 within 7 days of receipt and we'll get an exchange out to you the very next day (UK Mainland only).
What Sort Of WarrAnty Do I get?
Every product we sell is covered by a manufacturers warranty that is usually 1 year long. The length of warranty can be found with the paperwork when you receive your goods or on the product page.
Some manufacturers offer an extended warranty service if you register your product with them. It is your responsibility to register the product with the manufacturer within the time span specified.
I Need to Arrange a warranty Repair, what do I do?
If your tool has developed a fault within 28 days, you can call our team on 0208 532 5000 and we will advise you on how best to proceed and make the arrangements on your behalf depending on manufacturer stipulations.
If the fault has occurred after 28 days, you will need to speak to the manufacturer directly. You can find their number on the first few pages of our catalogue or on our warranty page.
