Whether you want to put it on your hard hat or on your head, the Coast HL5 Headlamp is a great all-round headlamp for a wide variety of uses. Using Utility Beam Optics, this headlamp produces a diffused beam best suited for up close work.
All Coast headlamps include a hinged, tilting head to let you adjust he direction of the light beam to suit the task at hand. The over-the-head adjustable strap makes the HL3 stable and well suited for night time walking, hiking or even jogging.
Turn on & off the light's power with a simple push of a button. The Utility Beam™ is comprised of multiple individual light beams that overlap to create a broad, less defined light area that is brighter in the center and diffuses at the edges. A very good general use, all-purpose beam with an output of 175 lumens projecting a beam of light up to 56m.
With an ABS/aircraft grade aluminium body, this light was put to the test and it passed each one with style offering great durability, holding up to heavy daily use. The HL5 is impact resistant, weather resistant and the LED is virtually unbreakable.
Backed by Coast’s 5 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Tested and rated to ANSI/FL1 standards.

COAST warranties its COAST knives, Multi-Tools, Emergency Area Lights and COAST LED Flashlights to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for FIVE years for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect. Warranty does not cover batteries and charging accessories (or damage caused by either). Batteries or damage caused by batteries (i.e. leakage) not included in guarantee.
